    As a Latina owned business I know and understand the target consumer. Growing up First Gen in an urban environment in NY and visiting El Salvador has given me such a great perspective of my cultural background.
  • From where do you operate?
    Work remotely from my zen space in Oregon.
  • Do you allow refunds for a change of mind? If so, how long do customers have to contact you?
    Yes
  • Where are your packages shipped from?
    We provide products from print on demand suppliers and drop ship distributors within the US only.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    Most credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Discover. Apple pay also is welcomed.
  • Do you ship packages internationally?
    At the moment we are not equip to ship outside of the USA.
  • How do I return a product?
    You may return your order for a refund or replacement to Studio Lapiz within 60 days. Please use the contact form or email us at friends@elstudiolapiz.com We highly recommend saving the receipt/email or tracking details verifying the return of your goods. If you have a problem or discrepancy (including shortages, damages, etc.) with an order contact us within 72 hours of receiving goods. Please note we are not able to accommodate any style, color or size swap or exchange requests via a replacement order. Items that are final sale items are not eligible for return.
